2 oz. Dry Gin
1/2 oz. Yvelise Meyer Limoncello
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White (optional)
2-4 oz. Prosecco
Mix ingredients (save the Prosecco) and shake with ice. Pour into champagne flute and fill with Prosecco. Let it breathe a minute and enjoy.
