Macedonia (Fruit Salad)

Italian Fruit Salad with Limoncello

Directions

1 Pear
1 Peach
2 Apricots
1 pint Raspberries
1 pint Strawberries
1 Kiwi
1 Banana
2 Mandarins (or Satsumas)
2 Walnuts
1/2 cup chopped Pineapple
handful of Cherries
handful of Grapes

Sauce:
2 Oranges
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
3 tsp Yvelise Limoncello
optional: 2 tsp sugar

Cut all ingredients into small small pieces and put into medium or large bowl. Substitute fruits or nuts unavailable with others or add your favourites (I like Mirtilli: blueberries).

Juice the two oranges and add juice to bowl. Add one more if necessary if not filled half way. Add Limoncello and then balance to taste.

Cover bowl and let sit in fridge for at least two hours, mixing occasionally. Serve in small bowls with some sugar on hand to individuals taste.
