An Oscar-Worthy Champagne Cocktail

Directions

1 bottle of Champagne or any delicious bubbly
1 cup honey
1 cup water
2 oz Yvelise Limoncello
A few sprigs of thyme

Make a honey syrup using equal parts. 1 cup honey to 1 cup water. Heat the honey, add water and bring to a boil. Take off the heat and let rest until room temp.

In a small glass, combine 4 oz. honey syrup to 2 oz. Yvelise Limoncello. Then pour in to chilled wine glass or flute about 1/5 of the way up (Kelly likes to use white wine glasses)

Top off with Champagne and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
